Payment is due in full at the time services are performed. A $50 deposit is required when booking new client appointments. If your pet is being admitted for hospitalisation or a procedure, we will ask you to sign a consent and estimate form before treatment begins. We accept cash, ZipPay, VetPay, and all major credit cards (excluding Amex). We are unable to offer in-house payment plans or extend credit for services provided. *

After Hours Veterinary Information

Albury Animal Hospital offers limited local after-hours veterinary support. Our on-call service is available on weekdays and Saturdays from 6 PM to 9 PM, and on Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 am to 2 PM and 6 PM to 9 PM. Outside these hours, pets requiring emergency care should be taken to the nearest 24/7 emergency hospital at Lake Road Veterinary Centre in Wagga Wagga.
