Request medication

Dispense medications:

Our pharmacy dispensing policy. We request 7 days notice to process repeat medication requests.  If the medication is required ON THE SAME DAY – please phone reception to request this. Note there is an $80 urgent dispense fee payable. We will supply or script: up to 3 months worth of a medication. Requests are processed every day except Saturdays.

Please complete the medication request form below with your pet’s current prescription details and any relevant information. This helps our veterinary team review requests accurately and contact you once your medication is ready or if further veterinary assessment is required.

New Client Form

New clients visiting Albury Animal Hospital can complete their registration details online before their first appointment. Please note that a $50 deposit is required when booking new client appointments with our veterinary team.
